Here at Creative Foods, we assist potential clients with product development, recipe testing, cost analysis, proper food processing, packaging, and shipping from coast to coast.
Recipe confidentiality is important to us and guaranteed in a non-disclosure agreement. When recipes are shared with Creative Foods, they need to be typed with an ingredients list, method of production, and scaled to 1 or 5-gallon batch sizes for test runs in our kitchen.
We will scale your recipe to match the amount you want to be produced (allowing for a minimum batch run) into capacities ranging from 5 oz. to 55 gallons.
Before a product is manufactured, it must be tested by an FDA affiliated processing authority. Creative Foods utilizes the Food Science Department at North Carolina State University, which follows all FDA guidelines.
